Share price down if
a) Your counter share price is down at pre-closing phase (4.45p.m)
b) Your counter closing price is down compared open market price today
Share price up if
a) Your counter share price is up at pre-closing phase (4.45p.m)
b) Your counter closing price is up compared open market price today
